Patrick Clancy reveals Lindsay was ‘fun-loving’ and ‘outgoing’ in years before strangling their kids
Lindsay Clancy’s ex-husband described her as a “fun-loving, outgoing person” in the years before she fatally strangled their three young children.
Patrick Clancy fondly remembered the early days of his relationship with Clancy, which sprouted in the summer of 2013.
“She was just a fun-loving, outgoing person. I think our first or second date, we flew a kite on a beach in Boston, and I think we had the same goals in life,” Patrick Clancy told “60 Minutes” in a clip posted to their X account Friday.
“We both wanted families. We both wanted kids. And after 2-and-a-half years, we were engaged.”
When asked what kind of mother Lindsay Clancy was to Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, 8 months old, the grieving dad described her as “very hands-on.”
