Tragic new details of Hayden Panettiere’s death emerge in new report

When Hayden Panettiere’s dead body was discovered in August, pressed pills that tested positive for fentanyl were found on a table beside her.

According to a Greenville County Medical Examiner report obtained by TMZ Tuesday, there was also a straw present atop the table.
Additionally, white powder was in the sunglasses case inside the actress’ suitcase.
The “Nashville” alum’s body had turned “deep purple,” per the report.
The medical examiner’s initial report revealed Tuesday that the 36-year-old died as a result of the toxic effects of fentanyl, 4-ANPP, alprazolam, methocarbamol and quetiapine.

Alprazolam, notably, is an anti-anxiety medication commonly known by the brand name Xanax, while methocarbamol is a muscle relaxant and quetiapine is a drug used to treat major depression, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
4-ANPP, meanwhile, is a chemical precursor and intermediate used illegally to manufacture fentanyl and related synthetic opioids.
