Presley Gerber embraced his parents, Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, during his last public appearance months before the model’s tragic death.

On June 11, Presley and his famous parents attended the We Are ENOUGH x Aviator Nation launch event at Aviator Nation Dreamland in Malibu, California.

The trio smiled as they posed for photos inside the event, with Presley standing between the supermodel, 60, and the businessman, 64.

During the event, which was held to bring together a candid conversation about mental health, Presley spoke openly about his mental health journey and what helped him realize he was enough.

Presley shared that at age 23, he decided to come off “various medications” and began learning to distinguish his internal voices from his authentic self, a press release read.

“The most free I felt was when I was finally honest with myself,” the runway model said at the event in June.

Presley also encouraged attendees to focus on self-care and movement.

“Move your body regardless of how you’re feeling. Get outside. Get some sun. If you don’t feel like moving, lay on the grass,” he shared.

Presley’s final public appearance with his mom and dad came more than three months before his tragic death.

News surfaced that Presley had died at an undisclosed rehab facility on Sunday. He was 27.

“The family is asking for privacy during this very difficult and painful time,” the family told Page Six in a statement.

The cause of death is pending an autopsy.

Presley has been open about his struggles with substance abuse and mental health.

In December 2025, Presley announced he was five months alcohol-free but struggled to find medical help to decrease his prescription drug usage safely.

In May, he traveled to Cancun, Mexico, to undergo an “ibogaine flood dose” — a psychedelic treatment intended to help reset his brain and break his addiction cycle.

Rande and Crawford welcomed Presley in July 1999. They also share daughter Kaia, whom they welcomed in September 2001.
