Jordon Hudson supports North Carolina days after Bill Belichick called out ‘flat-out lie’ about her

Jordon Hudson was all smiles ahead of her boyfriend’s big ACC clash.

As Bill Belichick and North Carolina geared up for a huge matchup at Clemson, Hudson, 25, was seen entering Memorial Stadium with a wide smile.

Hudson and Belichick, 74, were spotted by photographers coming into the venue, walking next to each other. Belichick wore a UNC-branded tracksuit, while Hudson got in the spirit with a Carolina blue top to match the school’s primary color.

Hudson has now been seen at each of UNC’s past two games after missing the season opener in Ireland on Aug. 29.

Belichick,earlier this week opened up about Hudson in rare comments to the Wall Street Journal. He said that any rumors or reports that Hudson was trying to have control over the football program are “so ridiculous.”

“The way the story was picked up was a long way from that,” he told the outlet. “Like, ‘She’s trying to be the general manager of the team,’ and it’s so ridiculous.”

Belichick said Hudson has no official role with the team, and after reports surfaced last year about her being copied on his emails regarding the program, he attempted to clarify things and call out what he said is a “flat-out lie.”

“I sent an email when I got here and I said, Can you please forward any requests to Jordon about my personal appearances so that I can work and coordinate them outside the university?” Belichick told the WSJ. “Didn’t have anything to do with the university. Well, that was leaked as released as ‘Jordon’s involved in every single thing that I do and she’s copied on every email.’ That’s just a flat-out lie.”

The two have generated plenty of headlines since their relationship surfaced in the summer of 2024 and later when Belichick jumped to the college level for the first time to coach UNC.

On the field, Belichick has gotten off to a much better start in 2026. In his first year, the Tar Heels finished 4-8 and near the bottom of the conference. With a win in Ireland against TCU and a home victory over East Tennessee State, UNC is already halfway to its 2025 win total.

The program has been under scrutiny this year, however. Belichick’s son, defensive coordinator Steve Belichick, is set to resign in late October after going on medical leave in August. General manager Michael Lombardi stepped down before the season after an internal investigation into the school revealed “certain actions demonstrated a disregard for Carolina’s values and standards of conduct.”
