Ole Miss fan shares craziest DMs she’s gotten since viral game moment: ‘Bankrupt me’
A college football fan who went viral during Ole Miss game has opened up on her 24 hours of fame.
Sara Smith, who went viral after an ESPN cameraperson showed her in the stands during Ole Miss’ 41-38 win over Louisville on Sunday, has shared the wild DMs she has since received on TikTok.
On Monday night, she said, “Let’s go through my favorite DMs over the last 24 hours,” at the start of the video.
While blocking the username of the TikTok user, Smith shared the first DM that read: “God fearing. 6’1. 260. Business owner. 500K take home annual.”
“Thank you for the credentials,” she commented.
The second DM read: “Going to Whole Foods, want me to pick up anything?”
“I’ve never gotten this before,” Smith said. “But I love Whole Foods though.”
A third DM said, “Bankrupt me,” while another said, “Let’s make” with a baby face emoji.
One user asked Smith her favorite brand of bag to buy her in Paris. She answered “Louis Vuitton.”
Someone also suggested they could “save” Smith, while adding “Don’t be so sad beautiful.”

“I don’t think you can save me from what this football season is about to look like,” she replied.
During the third quarter of Sunday’s game, the Rebels led by Cardinals 24-22 when Smith was shown in the stands by the cameraperson, with her arms over her head and a concerned look on her face.
The X account Campus Cuties went on to identify Smith after the game, sharing a photo of her in a blue bikini on a beach.
Smith’s Instagram account is private and her bio states she is an Ole Miss alum from Knoxville.
The Rebel have started their post-Lane Kiffin era after he left to go to LSU in November and earned their first regular-season win under head coach Pete Golding, who took over during the CFP last season.
