Lindsay Clancy’s defense lawyer was raging in the moments before he gave an impassioned plea to boot a holdout juror from the pool Thursday.

Kevin Reddington looked visibly angry and rocked back in forth in his seat following a lengthy sidebar with the judge and prosecutors.

Clancy looked as downcast and as despondent as she has since jurors began deliberating.

The jury is made up of nine women and three men, and the identity of the holdout is not known.

Reddington was visibly emotional, slamming his papers down, raising his voice, and gesticulating while he spoke with the judge.

“There’s one juror who refuses to listen to the law that you’ve given him or her on reasonable doubt. And I suggest respectfully that the soft instruction that you gave them at the sidebar saying ‘can you listen to the law as I instruct you does not focus on the issue,” Reddington said.
