Canadian who battered patriotic teen on NJ boardwalk ordered deported — as she downplays caught-on-camera attack

The lefty Canadian illegal immigrant who attacked a teen in patriotic clothing on a New Jersey boardwalk is getting the boot back to Canuck.

A Texas immigration judge ordered Kaitlyn Tracey to be deported back to her home country Tuesday – before the teen slapper entered a guilty plea on assault charges stemming from the ugly, Fourth of July weekend brawl at the Point Pleasant boardwalk.

Tracey, 33 – who attended a criminal court hearing in Toms River over the phone from a Texas ICE lockup – only copped to one count of simple assault, a misdemeanor, as part of a cushy plea deal.

Besides exile to Canada, she was sentenced to one day behind bars – though she was granted time served since she spent one night in jail in Ocean County last month.

Tracey was nabbed after allegedly confronting a group of four teenagers — including a girl wearing a USA 250 tank top – before launching the twisted attack on July 3.

While arguing with the teen, she allegedly slapped the girl across her face, according to police, who said the assault was caught on camera.

Tracey overstayed her visa and was in the US illegally at the time of her arrest, the Department of Homeland Security said at the time.

On Tuesday, however, her defense lawyer tried to paint Tracey as a Good Samaritan.

“She arrived here on a passport some years ago. She met her husband and didn’t leave, but while she was, she maintained equal employment and was a productive member of society,” attorney Francis Hodgson told Judge Guy P. Ryan – and called the situation “unfortunate.”

“[Tracey has] taken responsibility for her role in it, and this is a reasonable judgment, Judge, that is consistent with other similar-type matters that happen every day during the summer on this boardwalk,” Hodgson said of the sentence.

The prosecution said that the victim’s family was on board with the plea.
