Kenyon Sadiq has setback in early injury blow for Jets rookie
Jets tight end Kenyon Sadiq has suffered a setback in an injury blow to Gang Green.

Head coach Aaron Glenn told reporters Tuesday that Sadiq is dealing with a setback from his offseason hernia surgery, and he will now miss some time.
Glenn remains confident that Sadiq will be ready for the regular season opener Sept. 13 against the Titans.
The Jets selected Sadiq 16th overall out of the University of Oregon in the 2026 NFL Draft.
Sadiq was the second of the Jets’ three first-round selections this year, alongside defensive end David Bailey and wide receiver Omar Cooper Jr.
Sadiq, 21, was named a second-team All American and won the Big Ten Tight End of the Year award in 2025.
In three seasons for Oregon, Sadiq had 80 receptions for 892 yards and 11 touchdowns.
