Savannah Guthrie makes heartbreaking new plea to Nancy’s kidnappers: ‘Do the right thing’

Savannah Guthrie made a fresh appeal to her mother’s kidnappers to “do the right thing” on Monday — as she described how her family is living in a “nightmare that will not end.”

Taking to her Instagram, the “Today” show host, 54, said that her family had “done our part” and would “never stop looking for” their 84-year-old mother, Nancy Guthrie.

She was last seen six months ago, on Jan. 31, before vanishing from her Tucson, Arizona, home.

“The world can be a cruel and unforgiving place, and I know that you have tried to do things the right way,” Savannah said, appearing to address her mother’s kidnappers directly.

“So I am asking you, begging you, to do the right thing now,” she added.

Monday’s post marks Savannah’s first major public appeal regarding her mother since June 23, when she gave a teary address during her NBC show from the anchor desk.
