Podcaster Joe Rogan scorched the supporters of Lindsay Clancy, who is on trial for murdering her three children, on the \u201cJoe Rogan Experience\u201d Tuesday.<\/p>\n

Clancy, a former labor and delivery nurse from Duxbury, Massachusetts, is on trial for killing her three young children \u2014 Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and 8-month-old Callan \u2014 at the family\u2019s home Jan. 24, 2023.<\/p>\n

She faces three counts of first-degree murder. Clancy does not dispute that she killed her children but argues she was suffering from postpartum psychosis at the time and is not criminally responsible.<\/p>\n

One of the most salient aspects of the trial is how many women have rallied on social media and formed groups to gather and share support for Clancy or suggest conspiracy theories about her case.<\/p>\n

Rogan responded, \u201cThis lady killed her kids and everyone\u2019s like, \u2018Oh my God, she needed help.\u2019 Imagine if a single father killed his kids. Do you think there\u2019d be any dads out there? \u2018We get it. We understand. I also get sad!\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

He also blasted Clancy\u2019s supporters, saying, \u201cIf those ladies could see the crime scene and see those dead kids with their f\u2014ing vacant eyes staring up because their mother took their life, the last f\u2014ing thing that they saw was their mother standing over them, choking them to death, I don\u2019t think they would feel so bad.\u201d<\/p>\n

Rogan lamented the state of modern politics and the world in general, saying this controversy and the social media phenomenon around it is yet another news story that is absurd beyond belief.<\/p>\n

\u201cPeople are out of their f\u2014ing mind right now. She\u2019s out of her f\u2014ing mind. The world is out of its f\u2014ing mind. It\u2019s like more of these things come up where you\u2019re like, \u2018This can\u2019t be real. This can\u2019t be real.\u2019 And it is real,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cMore of these things where, like, people are showing up in support of a woman who killed her children. I don\u2019t care how rough it was. The ability to kill your children is crazy.\u201d<\/p>\n
