Andy Cohen is taking over one of Howard Stern\u2019s longtime SirusXM channels.<\/p>\n

The duo confirmed the news during Tuesday\u2019s \u201cRadio Andy\u201d installment, two days after a press release stated \u201cHoward 101 [will] leave the lineup\u201d and Cohen\u2019s show will move from 101 to 102.<\/p>\n

Stern, 72, insisted to listeners that they are \u201cnot being pranked\u201d \u2014 despite he and Cohen, 58, savagely pretending in September 2025 that Stern was retiring.<\/p>\n

Cohen referenced last year\u2019s gag on Tuesday, saying, \u201cLast year, we pranked the world.\u00a0We made everybody think\u00a0that I was taking over Howard 100. It was the best morning.<\/p>\n

\u201cNow, the carrot is being dangled,\u201d the Bravo executive continued. \u201cRadio Andy will be taking over 101. Is this a prank? Am I being pranked?\u201d<\/p>\n

Stern, denying this, replied, \u201cAndy has been gracious enough to take over 101 and I have one request: Please continue the tradition of doing a lot of gay antics.\u201d<\/p>\n

He told the \u201cWatch What Happens Live\u201d host to \u201cup the gay on air\u201d \u2014 and Cohen quipped that the \u201cHoward Stern Show\u201d was \u201cgayer than\u201d his.<\/p>\n

Stern added, \u201cI feel Howard 101 is in very capable hands. Enjoy it, take good care of it. And if you blow it, I will be the first one to laugh at you. Don\u2019t screw it up.\u201d<\/p>\n

The broadcaster noted that he is \u201cnot giving up\u201d Channel 100, while Cohen\u2019s previous Channel 102, meanwhile, will go to Sebastian Maniscalco\u2019s Comedy Radio.<\/p>\n

When Stern and Cohen trolled fans last year, Cohen said Stern had left a big \u201cvoid\u201d to fill and expressed regret over not doing a \u201ccleaner handoff\u201d with the shock jock.<\/p>\n

Stern quickly took over and assured listeners he wasn\u2019t going anywhere.<\/p>\n

At the time, Stern had been teasing a \u201cbig announcement,\u201d leaving many worried that there was truth to rampant retirement rumors.<\/p>\n

Stern, however, signed a contract in December 2025 for three more years with the network \u2014 but with more \u201cflexibility\u201d since he wants \u201cme time,\u201d he shared.<\/p>\n

His show has continued to make headlines this year, from Stern\u2019s ex-assistant filing a bombshell lawsuit against him, which has since been dismissed, to him firing a slew of staffers in July.<\/p>\n

News broke Friday that he was dropping Channel 101, with details of his new deal with HBO Max revealed over the weekend ahead of the new season\u2019s Sept. 14 release.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor the first time, the \u2018King of All Media\u2019 will bring his signature, long-running SiriusXM show to HBO Max by adapting his live SiriusXM show into a streamable episode for HBO Max, along with periodic extras,\u201d read the press release Saturday.<\/p>\n

\u201cHoward\u2019s new series on HBO Max takes him to the pinnacle of prestige television and gives his fans a long-desired \u2018seat in the studio\u2019 to see what they just heard.\u201d<\/p>\n
