Dramatic video shows the moment a knife-wielding woman who stabbed two people in Times Square charge at NYPD officers \u2014 after making a bone-chilling threat.<\/p>\n

Footage shows Pamela Cisneros, 49, cornered by cops at and waving around two large knives after she fatally stabbed a woman and wounded another man during a terrifying, random attack on Monday afternoon.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not dropping anything, I would rather kill both of you. I will kill you,\u201d Cisneros threatened the officers.<\/p>\n

Multiple police officers then attempted to discharge their tasers but she refused to go down, video shows.<\/p>\n

She then wound up her arms and ran at the officers with the knives in both of her hand.<\/p>\n

Two officers opened fire, striking Cisneros, who had a known history of mental illness with the department.<\/p>\n

Video shows the woman on the ground bleeding from gunshot wound to the chest. <\/p>\n

Officers immediately handcuffed her and began life-saving measures.<\/p>\n

The Queens native was later pronounced dead at Bellevue Hospital.<\/p>\n

Cops spoke to Cisneros for about four minutes and gave her \u201cnumerous commands\u201d to drop the knives, but she refused, NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch said at a press conference on Monday night.<\/p>\n

The stabbings and shooting all happened within a roughly 20 minute window \u2014 and sent terrified tourists and commuters running for safety.<\/p>\n

Cisneros had pulled two knives out of a red Target bag and stabbed the first victim, a 68-year-old man, in the abdomen as he exited the subway on West 41st Street and was waiting to cross the street, Tisch said.<\/p>\n

The knife-wielding woman then continued up to 42nd Street and fatally stabbed a 32-year-old woman in the abdomen in an \u201cunprovoked attack,\u201d the commissioner told reporters.<\/p>\n
