\u201cHell on Wheels\u201d killer Mackenzie Shirilla\u2019s has racked up 23 complaints while behind bars \u2014 including for flashing her breasts to visitors on video calls and stashing nude photos and mystery pills in her cell, according to records obtained by The Post.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Shirilla, 20, has amassed a staggering rap sheet at the Ohio Reformatory for Women since she was sentenced in August 2023 to two concurrent 15 years to life terms for the fiery 2022 car crash that killed her ex-boyfriend and friend.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The stunning documents expose a string of sexual offenses.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In one disturbing encounter in April 2025, Shirilla \u2013 who frequently customized prison-issued apparel, played with cosmetics and made jewelry, according to two former inmates \u2013 erupted after a prison official hit her with a dress code violation.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cIf he got a boner from the way I\u2019m dressed that\u2019s his fault,\u201d the convicted killer apparently bellowed as a female guard escorted her to a restroom, where she was ordered to ditch the form-fitting hoodie that had been \u201cclearly taken in on the sides\u201d and fix the prison-issued shirt she\u2019d been wearing unbuttoned underneath, the document states.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cThe whole time we were in the restroom she was very disrespectful and talked with a loud tone asking if this was all we were worried about was her altered jacket,\u201d the female guard wrote in the conduct report.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The officer who issued the violation noted it was \u201cat least the 3rd time\u201d he\u2019d seen Shirilla wearing contraband clothing and cited her with sexual harassment \u201cfor intentionally coming to another unit inappropriately dressed potential exposing herself to staff\u2026[in] a, derogatory or offensive sexual nature,\u201d according to the report. As punishment, she was sentenced to two weeks in restrictive housing away from the general population.\u00a0<\/p>\n

It wasn\u2019t the only time Shirilla faced allegations of illicit sexual behavior behind bars.\u00a0<\/p>\n

A few months later, she landed in restrictive housing for a week after guards witnessed another inmate with \u201cher hands in IP Shirillas [sic] pants in her buttocks region,\u201d another conduct report states.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Though surveillance camera footage, the handsy inmate and other witnesses corroborated the incident, Shirilla pleaded not guilty to the sexual conduct citation.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cI did not allow her to touch me and I have never had a sex ticket and this is not me. I dont [sic] do that kind of stuff,\u201d she said, according to the report.<\/p>\n

On Aug. 22, 2025, Shirilla was busted again during a video visitation call when guards saw her \u201cshow her breast to the visitor,\u201d a former ORW inmate, according to the report.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

The unnamed visitor then returned the favor by showing \u201cher breast with a dildo sticking out of her pants twice,\u201d and walking into the camera frame completely nude, the reporting officer wrote.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Shirilla was slapped with 60 days of video visit restrictions, though she and the visitor had apparently completed at least six previous video calls before getting busted, the report states.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The records also show Shirilla repeatedly running afoul of contraband rules.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Nearly a year into her sentence, guards discovered a stash of prohibited items in her cell, including tie-dyed bras and Nikes, stolen arts and crafts supplies from a restricted area and two bottles of \u201cmixed pills.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

In that case, her punishment was 60 days of restricted commissary and package privileges, the documents show.\u00a0<\/p>\n

And just over a month later, a random cell search turned up \u201c4 nude magazine pictures,\u201d two pairs of \u201caltered state pants\u201d and a fan in Shirilla\u2019s dwelling \u2013 earning her another 30 days of commissary restriction, according to the conduct report, which did not elaborate on the nude photos.\u00a0<\/p>\n

More recently, guards found an unknown medication prescribed to someone other than Shirilla, along with a \u201cpersonal photo of herself containing drug use\u201d on Jan. 16 this year.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The inmate fired back in her response statement, saying the photo \u201cdid not have drug use in it\u201d and bizarrely claiming the pills were \u201cprenatal vitamins\u201d she obtained from someone else, according to the report.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Shirilla\u2019s other infractions have included playing with her tablet, \u201cdancing\u201d and hanging out in unauthorized areas and after lights out, blabbing through guards\u2019 headcounts and logging 100 video calls with an unapproved visitor.\u00a0<\/p>\n

She has also been repeatedly cited for disobedience tied to her prison maintenance job, which records show she frequently neglects \u2013 or skips altogether.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Her punishments routinely include months-long restrictions on electronic, package, commissary and recreation privileges.\u00a0<\/p>\n

A judge found Shirilla \u2013 the subject of a new hit Netflix documentary \u201cThe Crash\u201d \u2013 guilty of double murder during a dramatic bench trial in 2023. She is appealing her conviction for a second time.<\/p>\n
