Acting US Attorney General Todd Blanche promised that a \u201cdisgusting\u201d anti-ICE protester who threatened to kill a federal immigration agent\u2019s family during a clash outside Newark\u2019s Delaney Hall will be caught and charged.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s a federal crime. Not only threatening the ICE officer \u2014 but think about how disgusting this individual is by threatening his wife and his children with death,\u201d Blanche told Fox News after watching the disturbing clip this week.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat is disgusting \u2026 and we see his face and I promise you we will find him, and when we find him, we will arrest him,\u201d Blanche added.<\/p>\n

The foul-mouthed agitator clashed with ICE agents outside the Newark detention facility, where activists claiming ICE detainees are on a hunger strike due to deplorable living conditions have sparked violent clashes with law enforcement this week.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ll kill your whole f\u2013king family. Your whole f\u2013king family is dead. Your children, your wife, all dead,\u201d the bearded protester, who had protective goggles over his eyes, shouts at the federal agents.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have your face, motherf\u2013ker. You\u2019re dead. Dead,\u201d the unhinged man said in the clip posted on social media by conservative influencer Nick Sortor.<\/p>\n

Blanche said couldn\u2019t understand why the protesters\u2019 outrage was directed at the ICE agent, who was \u201cjust doing his job standing there.\u201d<\/p>\n

Daily protests outside Delaney Hall have continued since they began over Memorial Day weekend.<\/p>\n

The demonstrators have tried to block vehicles and personnel from getting in and out of the facility.<\/p>\n

On Thursday night, nine people were arrested after roughly 100 protesters descended on the detention center, where they \u201cbit, kicked, and punched law enforcement officers,\u201d according to Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin<\/p>\n

\u201cAssaulting and obstructing ICE law enforcement is a crime and felony,\u201d Mullin said \u201cThroughout the night, nine rioters were arrested. Anyone who assaults law enforcement will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.<\/p>\n
