The billionaire financier embroiled in New Jersey\u2019s biggest divorce copped to \u201cdating\u2019\u2019 another woman \u2014 but claimed the pair never had sex or even got naked, according to bizarre cop body-cam footage.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The video \u2014 filmed by Millburn police responding to one of several police calls to the troubled family\u2019s mansion in 2023 \u2014 reveals odd new details about the sensational case pitting John Overdeck against estranged wife Laura in her battle for a mind-boggling $6.2 billion.<\/p>\n

The hubby, a 56-year-old dad of three, calls his unnamed gal pal \u201ca little bit of a live wire\u201d in the footage while describing their strange\u00a0relationship for\u00a0officers in October of that year \u2014 less than a year after\u00a0his wife\u00a0filed for the split.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are having a dating relationship, but we\u2019ve never had sex,\u201d he said in the video, which was obtained by The Post.<\/p>\n

The husband went on to share that his lady friend had a key to his bachelor pad in Florham Park, NJ, and that they were seeing each other \u201ca couple of times a week\u201d but claimed they \u201cnever had our clothes off\u201d in each other\u2019s company.<\/p>\n

The woman had called cops to the Overdecks\u2019 marital home in Short Hills after John canceled a dinner date with her and she claimed she also wanted to resolve some undescribed issues.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The pissed-off lady pal ranted to officers outside the 6,000-square-foot mansion, \u201cHe\u2019s just using me and [trying] to keep me quiet so that I don\u2019t harm his reputation.<\/p>\n

\u201cTwo years have gone by \u2014 I\u2019ve been quiet,\u201d she told the officers.\u00a0<\/p>\n

It\u2019s not clear when the pair began \u201cdating.\u2019\u2019 The Overdecks have been married for more than 20 years \u2014 without a prenup.<\/p>\n

Laura Overdeck, 56, drove up to the scene at one point and separately told cops she wanted her \u201ctoxic ex soon-to-be ex-husband and her out of here.<\/p>\n

\u201cI can\u2019t have this anymore. I need you guys to help,\u201d Laura said.<\/p>\n

When one of the cops suggested to her that the pair wasn\u2019t dating and called the situation \u201cconvoluted,\u201d she shot back quickly that she had \u201chotel receipts\u201d and \u201cpretty incriminating evidence\u201d to the contrary.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cFrankly, it\u2019s not even that complicated. He\u2019s got a psycho girlfriend, and he\u2019s got to get out. It\u2019s not that complicated. Like, I just want her to leave my kids alone,\u2019\u2019 the wife said.<\/p>\n

The gal pal was furious with John Overdeck at the time because she said they had dinner plans but that he decided to dine with his son instead.<\/p>\n

\u201c \u2018It\u2019s our turn together. I\u2019m not allowing this,\u2019 \u201d John told the cops his girlfriend said. \u00a0\u201c \u2018So if you don\u2019t care for me, then that\u2019s that. I\u2019ve had it with you.\u2019<\/p>\n

\u201cShe feels that I\u2019m using her because, you know, I\u2019m family first,\u201d he told the officers.<\/p>\n

One of the cops said, \u201cA tale as old as time.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another officer chimed in, \u201cThe advice we\u2019re gonna give is break it off with her.\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n

Laura is seeking 35% of her hubby\u2019s stake in his Two Sigma fund \u2014 after turning down his offer of more than $600 million.<\/p>\n
