The Long Island teacher and mom of four killed when her SUV plunged into a backyard pool appears to have suffered a medical episode before the fatal crash, sources close to the investigation told The Post on Sunday.<\/p>\n

Allison Rahmani, 40, died Friday when she lost control of her vehicle and drove it into\u00a0the swimming pool at her family\u2019s\u00a0Hewlett home.<\/p>\n

Police said Rahmani was able to call 911 from the vehicle but could not be saved and died on the way to the hospital.<\/p>\n

Sources said police have ruled out foul play in her death and suspect she suffered some kind of medical emergency that led to the horrifying accident.<\/p>\n

Rahmani was lovingly remembered Sunday at a funeral service at Boulevard-Riverside Chapels in Hewlett \u2013 the same day she was scheduled to leave for a romantic Paris getaway with her husband, Matthew Rahmani, president of Irving Place Minyan Orthodox Synagogue in Woodmere.<\/p>\n

Allison, who recently celebrated her 40th birthday, was math coordinator at the Hebrew Academy of the Five Towns and Rockaway.<\/p>\n

At her funeral, her heartbroken husband paid tribute to her by reciting the \u201cEshet Chayil,\u201d or \u201cWoman of Valor,\u201d a wedding prayer grooms traditionally recite to their brides at Jewish weddings.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are broken,\u201d her mother, Rachelle Rohde, told mourners during a moving eulogy. \u201cWe will never be the same.\u201d<\/p>\n
