Champagne socialists; limousine liberals; nepo baby Bolsheviks \u2014 whatever you might call them, the chutzpah of the emerging class of DSA elites is nothing short of staggering.<\/p>\n

Gustavo Gordillo, the nearly 40-year-old co-chair of New York City\u2019s Democratic Socialists of America chapter, kicks back in a cushy Bed-Stuy row house that his parents bought and renovated for him.<\/p>\n

This is the same guy who appeared to relish the idea of bodega owners being put out of business by Mayor Zohran Mamdani\u2019s bread-line boondoggle during one recent interview with Fox News\u2019 Martha MacCallum.<\/p>\n

And who called out landlords directly by striking down the straw man of a \u201cconstitutional right to double-digit returns on their investment.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the DSA\u2019s official platform calls for \u201ca redistribution of land from the\u00a0landowners to the landless.\u201d<\/p>\n

Maybe we should start with luxury bachelor pads inhabited by middle-aged failsons moonlighting as cartoon villains?<\/p>\n

Then you have far-left celebrity strategist Morriz Katz, one of the principals behind both Mamdani\u2019s successful campaign and Graham Platner\u2019s humiliating flameout, who signed a $6,500 lease in November \u2014 but \u201cwas late on his rent for the first three months\u201d and \u201ceventually . . . allegedly stopped paying entirely.\u201d<\/p>\n

Oh, and the apartment he left behind after mercifully moving out (and finally paying up) was a veritable pigsty.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe didn\u2019t clean up any of his s\u2013t,\u201d his super told The Post.<\/p>\n

Charming \u2014 and inexplicable, given the fact that he too was born and bred in privilege with quick access to the funds he had agreed to pay his landlord.<\/p>\n

Of course, they aren\u2019t the only hypocritical, wealth-hoarding \u201cEat the Rich\u201d crusaders.<\/p>\n

Mamdani himself is the son of award-winning filmmaker Mira Nair and Columbia University professor Mahmood Mamdani, who vacation at their five-bedroom, four-bathroom Ugandan estate featuring a pristine infinity pool and views of Lake Victoria.<\/p>\n

Will he follow up his ghastly publication of a pied-\u00e0-terre hitlist by calling on his parents to make out proportionate checks to the Ugandan government?<\/p>\n

Or is his philosophy \u201cplay for me, punishment for thee\u201d?<\/p>\n

His cronies are no different<\/p>\n

The leader of his Office to Protect Tenants thinks homeownership is a \u201cweapon of white supremacy,\u201d but retires to her mom\u2019s $1.6 million property for holidays.<\/p>\n

City Council ally and fellow rich kid Chi Oss\u00e9\u00a0blows off steam from his taxpayer-funded job at the Met Gala.<\/p>\n

Tracy Rosenthal, the \u201cAbolish Rent!\u201d activist who has boasted about bankrupting her ex-landlord and has been elevated by Mamdani, grew up in a lucrative music studio owned by her dad that\u2019s played host to David Bowie, Blondie and Coldplay.<\/p>\n

And 9\/11 apologist Hasan Piker, the son of a longtime high-ranking executive at a multibillion-dollar Turkish megacorporation, playacts as an Islamo-Marxist guerrilla from the comfort of his apparent dog torture chamber.<\/p>\n

The disconnect between these lucky Leninists\u2019 lifestyles and their rhetoric isn\u2019t just striking, it\u2019s illuminating.<\/p>\n

Each has always had generational wealth they had no part in creating to fall back on \u2014 and they often do.<\/p>\n

Their relationship with money has always been detached from their own hard work or ingenuity. <\/p>\n

Many have never had a real job their entire lives.<\/p>\n

So of course they don\u2019t value the skill or diligence it takes to build wealth.<\/p>\n

If anything, they resent those who have actually made something of themselves.<\/p>\n

\n<\/div>\n

No doubt there are some mommy and daddy issues in there, too, that they\u2019re taking out on the rest of us.<\/p>\n

And some of them clearly recognize far-left politics for the profitable, cushy grift it is.<\/p>\n

Ascend to power promising to tax the rich at home before absconding to live rich abroad? It\u2019s nice work if you can get it.<\/p>\n

Stiff your landlord on the rent and get a pat on the back from the mayor? Why not?<\/p>\n

Make millions off your Maoist-chic aesthetic while cruising around in your Porsche? Hell yeah!<\/p>\n

For these floatie-wearing Lost Boys and Girls, their bad ideas are all fun and games \u2014 a cheap, easy way to achieve fame, feign rebelliousness and pad their already-loaded bank accounts.<\/p>\n

For the rest of us, they\u2019re an existential threat to the lives we\u2019ve actually earned<\/em>.<\/p>\n
