The married New York doctor embattled in a he-said, she-said legal fight with his Long Island stripper ex-mistress admitted the streamy relationship was the \u201cworst mistake of my life,\u201d a new court filing revealed.<\/p>\n

Wealthy family physician Keith Hoerning, 51, shot back at his ex-mistress Rosana Kissoon, 39, with a court filing Thursday containing screenshots of alleged text exchanges between the pair documenting the stripper\u2019s escalating threats as their love affair fell apart, according to the Daily Mail.<\/p>\n

Kissoon filed a $1 million lawsuit in Suffolk County court against Hoerning \u2014 with whom she allegedly had an 18-month affair filled with fawning \u201cI love you\u201d texts \u2014 after he tried to get her arrested as their extramarital dalliance imploded, The Post previously reported.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The married man described the illicit affair as being the \u201cworst mistake of his life\u201d and claimed his substantial cash sums splashed at the temptress were not romantic gestures but were instead a response to her increasingly volatile demands \u2014 including threatening to \u201cend\u201d his family and have his father-in-law killed, according to the the filing obtained by the Mail.<\/p>\n

In one text exchange, the stripper allegedly asked her married beau, \u201cAre u willing to pay me to let this go and leave u alone?,\u201d followed by a barrage of complaints that Hoerning only made time for his wife and not her.<\/p>\n

\u201cAll I wanted was for you to try and make us happy. You never even try,\u201d Kissoon allegedly wrote. \u201cU are only doing this for that relationship not ours.\u201d<\/p>\n

But other exchanges between the pair paint a much more sordid picture of their scandalous lovefest.<\/p>\n

Kissoon allegedly threatened the life of Hoerning\u2019s father-in-law after suggesting he was standing in the way of their illicit affair, one text exchange shows.<\/p>\n

\u201cI will get him killed,\u201d the stripper allegedly wrote. \u201cIf he\u2019s why we cant be together.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hoerning then allegedly responded with \u201cI don\u2019t want you to hurt anyone,\u201d and repeatedly begged her to stop.<\/p>\n

In another exchange, Kissoon allegedly ordered Hoerning, \u201cFrom now on you will only pay me,\u201d and followed up with another text minutes later declaring, \u201cI want u dead.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIf i [cant] be with u I\u2019ll end ur family,\u201d Kissoon allegedly threatened.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The married doctor allegedly apologized to Kissoon and wrote, \u201cI\u2019m sorry,\u201d and \u201cI don\u2019t understand what happened.\u201d<\/p>\n

Other alleged text exchanges reveal the pair fought over the exotic dancer blowing up the affair and exposing Hoerning\u2019s infidelities to his wife and demanding money.<\/p>\n

\u201cI want it all,\u201d Kissoon allegedly wrote. \u201cYou said you will pay for my car\u2026You want her ok\u2026It will be a price ok.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI can\u2019t be if you keep acting this way,\u201d Hoerning allegedly replied, and later admitted \u201cI paid bc you told me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kissoon allegedly admitted in another text thread, \u201cIt\u2019s over\u2026I never cared about u\u2026I used u,\u201d followed by nine separate messages that read, \u201cI want to call her,\u201d seemingly referencing Hoerning\u2019s wife, Nicole.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t know why u are being like this\u2026Please stop\u2026Pleas [sic] just stop,\u201d Hoerning allegedly begs in response.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In a sworn affirmation, Hoerning admitted, \u201cI met Rosana Kissoon and developed a relationship with her that reflects the worst mistake of my life.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cCapitalizing on my mistake, Ms Kissoon began demanding money from me on the threat of exposing our secret relationship to my family, and she engaged in other threatening and menacing behavior.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe present lawsuit appears to be an attempt to continue menacing and embarrassing me, now out in the spotlight of public litigation filings, even though the suit is completely meritless on its substance,\u201d Hoerning claimed.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Hoerning\u2019s attorneys argue that the messages between the pair demonstrate Kissoon was using the threat of exposing their affair as a way to elicit money from Hoerning.<\/p>\n

However, Kissoon disputed the claim and alleged that the payments were instead voluntary financial support during the relationship.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Kissoon\u2019s attorney, Michael Treanor previously rejected allegations that his client pursued Hoerning for financial gain and insisted she believed the couple were building a life together, according to the Mail.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen I took on this case, it didn\u2019t strike me as a gold-digger situation,\u201d Treanor previously told the publication. \u201cIt struck me that she cared for him.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cShe found out she wasn\u2019t going to have that, and then Keith brought the whole legal system and judicial and police force on her,\u201d he added.\u00a0<\/p>\n
