Lindsay Clancy\u2019s ex-hubby\u00a0was spotted with his new wife in New York, appearing visibly stressed as his former wife continues her\u00a0highly publicized trial\u00a0for killing their three children, according to a report.<\/p>\n

Patrick Clancy\u00a0and his second wife, reproductive endocrinologist Dr. Rachel Danis, were seen Thursday evening in an outdoor seating area at a Manhattan apartment building while the murder trial was on a break,\u00a0TMZ\u00a0reports.<\/p>\n

The two appeared on edge, Patrick Clancy taking multiple phone calls and pacing in circles while Danis sat on a couch nearby and took phone calls of her own, a witness told the outlet.<\/p>\n

The couple, who wed in April, spent about 30 minutes on and off their phones, looking anxious as they spoke to each other, the witness said.<\/p>\n

His ex is facing\u00a0three counts of first-degree murder\u00a0in the deaths of their children, Cora, 5; Dawson, 3; and Callan, 8 months, who were killed at the family\u2019s home in Duxbury, Massachusetts in January 2023.<\/p>\n

Lindsay Clancy also tried to kill herself that day by throwing herself out of a second-floor window. She is now paralyzed and is wheelchair bound.<\/p>\n

Lindsay Clancy\u2019s lawyer, Kevin Reddington, wants a jury to find her not guilty by reason of insanity on the grounds she was suffering from severe postpartum psychosis.<\/p>\n

But prosecutors claim Lindsay Clancy carefully planned the slayings, insisting she couldn\u2019t have been experiencing psychosis at the time.<\/p>\n

From the witness stand,\u00a0Patrick Clancy recounted calling 911\u00a0after discovering the bodies of his children, who had been strangled with exercise resistance bands.<\/p>\n

    Jurors have also heard testimony from her psychiatrists and other medical providers who said they didn\u2019t believe she was in a psychotic state.<\/p>\n
