Hayden Panettiere suffered from \u2018really severe\u201d health issues in the months leading up to her tragic death, according to an insider.<\/p>\n

\u201cI know she suffered earlier this year with her back,\u201d the \u201cNashville\u201d star\u2019s hairdresser and good friend, Erick Orellana, exclusively told Page Six.<\/p>\n

Orellana described Panettiere\u2019s pain as \u201creally severe \u201d \u2014 so much so, the actress experienced mobility issues.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt one point, it was even hard for her to move her legs,\u201d Orellana said.<\/p>\n

Panettiere was photographed in March with her boyfriend, Brian Hickerson, at LAX airport using crutches to get around. <\/p>\n

However, Panettiere\u2019s pal did note that it seemed like the \u201cHeroes\u201d alum was \u201cstarting to be on the mend.\u201d<\/p>\n

A second source told Page Six that Panettiere had other struggles aside from her back pain. <\/p>\n

\u201cEarlier this year, she did seem a little tired at times. But she was a night owl, and\u2026 she has a lot on her plate,\u201d the source said. <\/p>\n

The insider claimed that Panettiere \u201csuffered from anxiety at times\u201d and would \u201coccasionally take medication for that.\u201d <\/p>\n

\u201cAnd every so often that could impact her speech,\u201d the source said.<\/p>\n

Hayden\u2019s father, Skip Panettiere, confirmed the heartbreaking news of her death in a statement on Sunday. <\/p>\n

\u201cIt is with profound sadness that we share the tragic passing of our beloved Hayden,\u201d\u00a0he said. \u201cShe was an incredible light and a force of nature who brought immeasurable love and joy to all who knew her \u2014 and to the millions who watched her onscreen. We ask for privacy as our family takes time to process this unimaginable loss.\u201d<\/p>\n

Paramedics responded to a 911 call of an \u201cunidentified female\u201d going into cardiac arrest at an Airbnb rental inside the Judson Mill Lofts apartment complex in Greenville, South Carolina on Sunday afternoon.<\/p>\n

The 911 dispatch call exclusively obtained by Page Six revealed that authorities reported an \u201coverdose\u201d and that \u201cCPR [was] in progress.\u201d<\/p>\n

Medics attempted to resuscitate Panettiere with advanced cardiac life support and chest compressions, but she was pronounced dead at 2:32 p.m. She was 36. <\/p>\n

Following the news of her tragic passing, another source told TMZ that Panettiere had recently been struggling with back pain. <\/p>\n

Law enforcement sources also told the outlet that Narcan \u2014 a medicine typically used to quickly reverse an opioid overdose\u00a0 \u2014 was found on the scene. <\/p>\n

Cops also said there were no signs of foul play, and there were also no signs of trauma at the time of her death, according to the Greenville County Coroner\u2019s Office. <\/p>\n

\u201cAn autopsy was completed today. At autopsy, no signs of trauma were discovered that would
have contributed to the death,\u201d the Coroner\u2019s Office told Page Six in a statement, adding that the cause of death has yet to be determined. <\/p>\n

\u201cThis investigation remains active and ongoing. No further details are available for release at this time.\u201d <\/p>\n
