{"id":6610,"date":"2026-08-15T12:36:29","date_gmt":"2026-08-15T12:36:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/metrotransitreview.com\/?p=6610"},"modified":"2026-08-15T12:36:29","modified_gmt":"2026-08-15T12:36:29","slug":"exclusive-heartless-landlord-tries-to-evict-nyc-model-after-unhinged-stalker-sent-her-nude-pics-to-her-neighbors-suit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/metrotransitreview.com\/?p=6610","title":{"rendered":"Exclusive | Heartless landlord tries to evict NYC model after unhinged stalker sent her nude pics to her neighbors: suit"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>A New York City fitness model claims her unhinged stalker sent raunchy photos of her to hundreds of neighbors in her high-end apartment building \u2014 and now her landlords want her out. <\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/metrotransitreview.com\/?p=6608\">Cancer-stricken radio legend breaks down in tears discussing cold-blooded layoff<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Samantha Skolkin, a former professional bodybuilder with more than half a million Instagram followers, claims she was tormented for a year by her ex-photographer Steward Noack, who allegedly became obsessed with her after she rejected him, according to a $1 million lawsuit against her landlord in Manhattan Supreme Court.<\/p>\n<p>Noack, 54, allegedly mailed photos from her OnlyFans to her parents and to about 400 fellow residents at the luxurious Ritz Plaza \u2014 where renting a one-bedroom costs more than $5,400 per month \u2014 on multiple occasions throughout 2024, according to the filing, Skolkin and the NYPD.<\/p>\n<p>The perp was caught on surveillance camera at least three times \u2014 wearing hoodies, masks and, on one occasion, latex gloves \u2014 as he mailed packages from a US Postal Service office in Manhattan, investigators said in a criminal complaint.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was the worst thing that\u2019s ever happened to me,\u201d Skolkin, 36, told The Post. \u201cIt\u2019s just a f\u2013king nightmare. The amount of people who saw them \u2014 my parents \u2014 it was awful.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>The alleged creep started sending the intimate snaps showing Skolkin engaged in sexual activity he took from her OnlyFans to the unsuspecting recipients in 2024, per the Aug. 1 complaint.<\/p>\n<p>Noack allegedly labeled envelopes and packages pretending to be Skolkin, her relatives, her building\u2019s management and Amazon to get her parents and neighbors to open them, according to evidence reviewed by The Post.<\/p>\n<p>He allegedly made Christmas cards filled with the graphic shots and posters promoting Skolkin\u2019s OnlyFans. <\/p>\n<p>Two vile packages sent to her parents in silver gift boxes had black ski masks covered in a white substance to look like semen.<\/p>\n<p>Noack was arrested and charged with unlawful publication of intimate images, criminal impersonation, aggravated harassment, dissemination of unlawful surveillance images and stalking in January and May 2024, according to police. <\/p>\n<p>At his arraignment on Dec. 31, 2024, he was hit with an order of protection.<\/p>\n<p>In March 2025, Noack pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in a sweetheart plea deal with the office of soft-on-crime Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. <\/p>\n<p>But even though the order of protection made it clear that Skolkin was a victim, The Ritz Plaza pinned the blame on her and is kicking her out, the lawsuit claims. <\/p>\n<p>Her lawyer, Fred Lichtmacher, argues that the eviction by the Ritz \u2014 owned by CS Ritz Residences LLC and managed by Stonehenge NYC \u2014 is illegal, violating city and state laws protecting victims of sex offenses and stalking.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/metrotransitreview.com\/?p=6606\">Ultra-privileged Phoebe Gates tried to game the system but ended up in big trouble \u2014\u00a0here\u2019s why she did it<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201c[The Ritz Plaza] intentionally and unlawfully discriminated against [Skolkin] because of her<br \/>protected status as a victim of stalking and sex offenses,\u201d Lichtmacher wrote in the filing. <\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit claims that following Noack\u2019s stunt, the building locked Skolkin out of its rent-payment portal and refused to renew her lease.<\/p>\n<p>She continued to try to pay her rent via checks she sent to the building\u2019s managers, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n<p>The Ritz Plaza filed an eviction notice in July.<\/p>\n<p>A spokesperson for the building said the suit lacks \u201cany factual basis\u201d and is \u201centirely without merit,\u201d but declined to comment further.<\/p>\n<p>Skolkin declined to comment on the lawsuit, but recalled the horrors she allegedly endured because of Noack.<\/p>\n<p>Noack, who runs Queens-based photography studio House of Indulgence, was her photographer and \u201cbest friend\u201d at one point \u2014 but Skolkin asserted that it was never romantic. They met over a decade ago.<\/p>\n<p>But the friendship turned sour about three years ago when Skolkin told Noack she had a boyfriend.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe started acting really jealous and f\u2013king bizarre. . . . Then he goes, \u2018I\u2019m in love with you.\u2019 And I was like, \u2018What?\u2019\u201d Skolkin recalled.<\/p>\n<p>Noack also sexually assaulted her twice when he \u201cforcefully and inappropriately\u201d touched her without her consent, according to the filing. <\/p>\n<p>She did not report the incidents to police.<\/p>\n<p>At first she forgave him because he said he was drunk, but she cut him off \u2014 personally and professionally \u2014 the second time, according to the lawsuit. <\/p>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<p>He allegedly began terrorizing her a few months later.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis man should never be around women. He\u2019s a predator.
