Oscar-winning actress Helen Mirren was branded an \u201cevil Zionist b\u2014h\u201d by an anti-Israel thug while she was walking in London, shocking video shows.<\/p>\n

The legendary British star, 80, was accosted while she was with her husband Taylor Hackford, 81, on Wednesday night, according to the clip shared by London & UK Street News.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere is Helen Mirren, the avowed Zionist. You said Israel should last forever because of the Holocaust,\u201d the yob shouted, referring to the actress\u2019 2023 remarks about the Jewish State.<\/p>\n

\u201cF\u2013k off,\u201d Hackford, an Oscar-winning film director, shouted back.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019re an evil Zionist b\u2014h,\u201d the agitator yelled.<\/p>\n

Dame Helen has been a long-time supporter of Israel \u2013 first visiting the Jewish State in 1967 shortly after the Six-Day War.<\/p>\n

The actress, who played Israel\u2019s only female prime minister, Golda Meir, in the 2023 drama \u201cGolda,\u201d said she believes in the \u201cexistence of Israel.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI believe in Israel, in the existence of Israel, and I believe Israel has to go forward into the future, for the rest of eternity,\u201d she told Israel\u2019s Channel 12 at the time.<\/p>\n

\u201cI believe in Israel because of the Holocaust.\u201d<\/p>\n

She is a staunch opponent of an Israeli cultural boycott, warning, \u201cIt is the artistic community that I believe will carry Israel forward.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mirren, who won an Academy Award in 2007 for her role as Queen Elizabeth II in \u201cThe Queen,\u201d was one of the A-listers who signed a letter supporting Israel\u2019s appearance in this month\u2019s Eurovision Song Contest.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have been shocked and disappointed to see some members of the entertainment community calling for Israel to be banished from the Contest for responding to the greatest massacre of Jews since the Holocaust,\u201d the letter said.<\/p>\n
