The\u00a0Cornell University student who declared he\u2019s \u201cnot interested in working for a Jew\u201d\u00a0got tossed from his parents\u2019 $1.75 million home in Virginia \u2014 and is now sniveling online for cash.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Austin Franco, who went viral for declining a job interview at NYC startup VryfID for antisemitic reasons, took to X on Wednesday, declaring, \u201cMy parents are kicking me out.\u201d<\/p>\n

But the hater did get some good news the next day, as Cornell revealed to The Post that, unlike his disappointed parents, Alexander and Diana, the liberal upstate college won\u2019t kick him to the curb.<\/p>\n

The rising junior created a GiveSendGo campaign, which has already amassed more than $7,000 from twisted supporters \u2014 on top of the roughly $25,000 raised in a separate fundraiser.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cI will be kicked out of my home on August 1st. Any support you can provide would be greatly appreciated, as would any advice,\u201d the 19-year-old whined.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cI have reiterated that my parents do not share my views, and it seems they no longer wish to provide me with a home to live in. I know the road ahead will be difficult, but this is the path I chose.\u201d<\/p>\n

Franco painted himself as a martyr.<\/p>\n

\u201cI do not regret anything I have done. If I were to die today, I would at least know that I did so believing in myself. Thank you, and may God be with you.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

He is a person of privilege. The 6,300-square-foot Franco family home, located in a suburb 30 miles northwest of DC, has five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms.<\/p>\n

Mom\u2019s Diana\u2019s Instagram, which has been made private, proudly shows off her son, including a snap of him in Paris for his 18th birthday in 2024. <\/p>\n

Dad Alexander is a Cornell alum and patent lawyer, and Diana is a senior product manager for a banking regulators\u2019 trade association. <\/p>\n

They told The Post that they found their son\u2019s behavior reprehensible \u2014 and believe he\u2019s fallen victim to dark online influences.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have seen our adult son fall under the influence of extremist online content. It should go without saying that the rest of our family finds the views he has expressed morally repugnant, and he did not derive them in any way from us,\u201d they wrote.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cWe love our son very much and are doing everything we can to counter the online influences that have afflicted him.\u201d<\/p>\n

Franco, who spoke with The Post on Thursday, rejected his parents\u2019 explanation \u2014 insisting his views came from real-life experience, not the internet.<\/p>\n

\u201cI can\u2019t peer inside their minds and they can\u2019t peer inside mine, but it\u2019s not a result of just being online. I\u2019ve had in-person experiences as well,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cAll the internet is, is essentially an extension of prior means of communication, what used to be the printing press.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s like if my parents \u2026 were like, \u2018Oh boy, he\u2019s always reading the newspaper, he\u2019s getting all these terrible ideas from the newspaper.\u2019 When you say that, it sounds completely ridiculous, right?\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

When asked how he felt about his eviction, he replied: \u201cI\u2019m not sure if I have a good answer for that.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

He said he\u2019ll be moving to an apartment near Cornell in upstate Ithaca.<\/p>\n

Since delivering the antisemitic message to VryfID\u2019s Jewish co-founders Gabe and Aiden Einhorn via job board site Handshake in June, Franco has fully embraced a hate-filled public identity.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cAnti-semitism has not only become mainstream, it\u2019s become something to be proud of for some,\u201d said Dr. Carole Lieberman, a psychiatrist who wrote two books on terrorism. \u201cPeople like Austin Franco see themselves as martyrs for the cause.\u201d<\/p>\n

Franco maintained that he\u2019s been acting within his freedoms \u2014 with no regrets.<\/p>\n

\u201cPeople may say things that are unkind, but they have the right to say it,\u201d he said. \u201cIt would be illegal for an employer to say, \u2018I\u2019m not going to hire you because you are white.\u2019 It would not be illegal for an employee to say, \u2018I\u2019m not going to work for you because you\u2019re white.\u2019\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Franco appeared on \u201cPiers Morgan Uncensored\u201d on Tuesday, where the veteran journalist slammed the student as \u201cthick\u201d and \u201carrogant\u201d in a heated takedown. <\/p>\n

\u201cThat indicated to me that he realized I was making him look bad,\u201d Franco said. <\/p>\n

Cornell President Michael Kotlikoff condemned Franco\u2019s statements but confirmed that he is still enrolled.<\/p>\n

\n<\/div>\n

\u201cAs a university built on the solid foundations of our nation\u2019s democratic freedoms, Cornell has an obligation to fiercely defend freedom of speech \u2014 even when we find that speech abhorrent,\u201d he wrote.<\/p>\n

Franco, who said he\u2019d like to got into politics post-grad, but doesn\u2019t associate with a particular party, isn\u2019t worried about returning to campus. <\/p>\n

\u201cIf you don\u2019t want to talk with me or engage with me, you\u2019re totally welcome and within your rights to do that, just as I have the freedom to associate with who I want to with respect to work,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n
