Savannah Guthrie marked the sixth-month anniversary of her mother\u2019s disappearance by calling on the alleged kidnappers who turned her family\u2019s world into \u201cagony and despair\u201d to step forward \u2014\u00a0one day after two ransom notes were publicly released in full. <\/p>\n

\u201cThis is our beautiful Mom,\u201d the \u201cToday\u201d show co-host wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of Nancy Guthrie on Saturday morning.<\/p>\n

\u201cSix months ago, someone took her out of her bed in the dead of night. We have lived every moment, every breath, and every heartbeat in agony and despair ever since,\u201d Guthrie said.<\/p>\n

Nancy Guthrie, 84, was last seen while being dropped off at her Tucson home by family on the evening of Jan. 31. <\/p>\n

Officials believe she was taken between 1:47 a.m. and 2:28 a.m. on February 1.<\/p>\n

\u201cEvery day, we wake up and try to be strong and go on \u2013 because that\u2019s what our joyful and resilient Mom taught us to do. But make no mistake \u2013 our hearts are in ruins. Cam and Kristine, Annie and Tommy, Mike and me \u2013 we spend every waking moment thinking of her, longing for her, looking for her. There is a hole inside us that can never be filled. There is an ache that cannot be softened. And there is a determination in us that cannot be quenched \u2013 to find out what happened to her, so that we can give her the dignity of a proper goodbye \u2013 a celebration of her remarkable life that she so deserves.\u201d<\/p>\n

Guthrie\u2019s early morning post was shared at 1:47 a.m. in Arizona, roughly the exact time the elder Guthrie was believed to have been abducted.<\/p>\n

The NBC anchor, speaking for herself and her family, pleaded for good Samaritans with information to come forward and help solve the case of her mother\u2019s whereabouts, offering up an award.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are begging for help. We are desperate. We need someone to come forward,\u201d Guthrie said. \u201cSomeone knows something. Someone suspects something. Someone recognizes the writing in the ransom demand notes. Someone has noticed something different, strange, troubling or just unusual \u2013 perhaps with someone they deeply love. Perhaps they are afraid to come forward. Perhaps they are conflicted. Perhaps they are angry or upset for being in this situation. <\/p>\n

\u201cThere is a way out \u2013 to tell what you know. You can do so anonymously. The reward is available. There is a way to end this situation and do the right thing,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are real people, facing real grief, doing the best we can, and counting our many blessings along the way \u2013 most especially the prayers and love from good people, which we feel deeply. We need your prayers, we need your kindness. We need the good to be stronger than the evil. If you are following this story for entertainment or for profit, you are not on her side \u2013 you are part of the harm perpetrated against her,\u201d the note continued.<\/p>\n

Savannah ended her note saying that the family \u201cwill never stop looking for answers \u2013 and we will never stop looking for the light.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe will always be hoping and praying and believing in the best of our world \u2013 in spite of circumstance. This is what our faith makes possible,\u201d she said. \u201cPlease. Bring her home.\u201d<\/p>\n

Savannah\u2019s plea comes hours after the Pima County Sheriff\u2019s Office released two alleged ransom notes received in the early days of Nancy Guthrie\u2019s disappearance.<\/p>\n

The first note, addressed to the NBC anchor, detailed her mother\u2019s abduction and demanded a $4 million ransom be paid in Bitcoin.<\/p>\n

\u201cHello Savannah, We have your mother Nancy. She is safe but scared. She will be held for ransom and once payment is received she will be released unharmed,\u201d the harrowing note began.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe will be holding her for a maximum of 7 days. You will need to send bitcoin in the amount of $4 million USD before 5PM on Thursday the 5th. If payment is not received, the ransom will be increased to 6 million USD which will need to be paid by 5PM on Monday the 9th.<\/p>\n

A second note sent four days later stated that Nancy Guthrie had died \u201cshortly after she was taken.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cGuthrie Family, We did not fully grasp the seriousness of her physical condition. We never intended to hurt her, that was not our intention. She perished shortly after she was taken. We believe it was heart related. She is buried in nature now. Nothing you could have done could have changed the outcome. We want your family to know this and hope you all can find peace. We are truly sorry,\u201d it read.<\/p>\n

The sender\u2019s name, email address and date of birth sections were redacted from both email forms released by cops.\u00a0<\/p>\n
