Outraged Spaniards lashed out at their socialist Prime Minister Pedro S\u00e1nchez for turning the country into a \u201cthird-world\u201d hellhole overrun with migrants.<\/p>\n

Furious locals booed S\u00e1nchez and dubbed him a \u201cson of a b\u2014h\u201d as he arrived Friday in the country\u2019s North African enclave of Ceuta the day after an unprecedented 60,000 migrants flooded in from neighboring Morocco.<\/p>\n

\u201cEverybody hates him,\u201d a 21-year-old Spanish-Italian entrepreneur who is studying in upstate New York told The Post.<\/p>\n

\u201cDo you think it\u2019s normal that people have to barbed wire the terrace of their apartments? We\u2019re talking about Spain \u2014 now it looks like a third-world country,\u201d he fumed.<\/p>\n

The student, who did not want to be identified, added that his grandparents in the mainland city of Malaga think the situation is \u201can absolute disgrace.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019ve told me Spain has gotten out of control,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cI mean, we\u2019re giving passports and residency to people who are illegally coming in with criminal backgrounds and diseases.\u201d<\/p>\n

Santiago Carrera Fern\u00e1ndez, 20, who moved to New Jersey from Madrid with his parents before starting high school, told The Post he couldn\u2019t be happier living in the US \u2014 especially after seeing the invasion of Ceuta on TV.<\/p>\n

\u201cI tell many people that I never feel less safe anywhere in the US than I do in Spain,\u201d Fern\u00e1ndez said.<\/p>\n

\u201cAny city in the US is safer than Spain.\u201d<\/p>\n

The two Spaniards said that crime in their home country has spiraled with unchecked migration under progressive leadership.<\/p>\n

The young entrepreneur described how a migrant smashed his car window in an attempt to break into the vehicle when he was back working in Spain at the start of summer \u2014 leaving him feeling that the country he is from is no longer a place where he could live.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s very sad that the whole country that I am from is a place that we can\u2019t even consider living in, due to not only it being unsafe but also the squatters\u2019 rights being unacceptable,\u201d he sighed, adding that his grandfather\u2019s car had been stolen three times.<\/p>\n

Fern\u00e1ndez said he has never felt \u201cinsecure\u201d in New York City or the Garden State like he does in his home country, where he is currently visiting with his family.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn Spain, they\u2019ll steal your phone, your wallet. Spain is way different in that way,\u201d he cautioned.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, local residents in Ceuta vented their anger and frustration at the country\u2019s leadership in interviews with Spanish media.<\/p>\n

\u201cS\u00e1nchez is to blame for all of this, he\u2019s a scoundrel,\u201d one unnamed man told the Antena 3 TV station.<\/p>\n

Fern\u00e1ndez slammed the Spanish government as \u201cjust soft.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe feel like we\u2019re just getting played around with by Morocco,\u201d he griped. \u201cThey do not control the borders at all.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cThey just play around with Spain,\u201d he said, adding that Ceuta only has a population of around 70,000 \u2014 and saw an invasion of 50,000 migrants.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese people come in here and don\u2019t do anything. There\u2019s news every month about Moroccans raping, stealing, all kinds of stuff,\u201d Fern\u00e1ndez said.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s not a racist thing, we just see they come just to mess around.\u201d<\/p>\n

In another harrowing clip, local resident Rocio Gil wept as she was interviewed while surrounded by jeering migrants.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe feel totally abandoned, the outlook is catastrophic,\u201d she told an Antena 3 journalist, before slamming the government for not declaring a national emergency and deploying the military sooner.<\/p>\n

\n<\/div>\n

\u201cWe are scared, we cannot allow this to happen,\u201d the desperate local woman added.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhere are our rights as Spaniards? We are alone, we cannot call the police because they are overrun. We need urgent help, this is outrageous.\u201d<\/p>\n

Opposition leaders also blasted Sanchez, with the leader of the right-wing Vox party, Santiago Abascal, calling the prime minister a \u201ctraitor and mafioso who behaves like an enemy of Spain.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cEvery future rape or stabbing will have been imported by Pedro S\u00e1nchez, and his legacy is the collapse of our housing stock and our health care system,\u201d Abascal seethed.<\/p>\n

\u201cPedro S\u00e1nchez is the main culprit for what Spaniards are suffering and will suffer.\u201d<\/p>\n

Isabel Diaz Ayuso, the right-wing Popular Party\u2019s president of the Madrid region, accused Sanchez of \u201callowing the invasion of Spain via Ceuta\u201d to cover up corruption cases that have dogged him, his wife and his party.<\/p>\n
