Cullerton, 45, was caught in a heated smoochfest with a much younger Kelsey Borenzweig, 29, by TikTok user Jay Guap\u00f5 who posted the now-viral video on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>The legal duo, who both work for the prestigious Manhattan firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen &amp; Katz, were candooling on a Central Park bench as the camera-wielding TikToker interrupts them by hollering, \u201cGet a room. There\u2019s kids around.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Eagle-eyed viewers were quick to identify the loved-up pair in the comments section, with many comparing it to the\u00a0Coldplay concert cheating scandal last year.<\/p>\n<p>The Post was able to confirm the identities of the lawyers by comparing the viral TikTok video to their headshots on Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen &amp; Katz\u2019s website. <\/p>\n<p>According to the firm\u2019s website, the lip-locking legal eagles both work in the firm\u2019s litigation department \u2014 but it appears Cullerton is in a much higher position of power than his younger colleague.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Cullerton is listed a partner at the firm, while the more junior Borenzweig works as an associate, according to their website profiles.<\/p>\n<p>In the viral video, the two high profile lawyers \u2014 both of whom worked on the legal team defending OpenAI and Sam Altman against Elon Musk\u2019s $150 billion lawsuit this year \u2014 look up in embarrassment and shield themselves from the camera after Guap\u00f5 approaches them.<\/p>\n<p>Cullerton is shown standing up with a smile and trying to shoo the TikToker away as Borenzweig calmly tells him to \u201cput the phone down.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDon\u2019t touch me don\u2019t touch, if you touch me I\u2019ll have to touch you,\u201d snaps the Tiktoker, who has a history of posting antagonizing content.<\/p>\n<p>The kissyface took place on the westside of Central Park, just steps away from Central Park West and West 63rd Street.<\/p>\n<p>The video of the passionate makeout session has amassed over two million views on TikTok since it was posted on Thursday \u2014 with observers speculating it as being \u201cthe most obvious affair\u201d while others are labeling the guy who filmed it as the true creep.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/metrotransitreview.com\/?p=5386\">Suspected Islamic extremist wanted after plowing van into Berlin LGBT festival, killing 1 and injuring 16<\/a><\/p>\n<p>However, it appears that the lawyers sucking face are both in relationships with other people who are also in the legal industry, the Daily Mail reported.<\/p>\n<p>The 45-year-old partner is reportedly married to Moira Penza, 42, who is a partner at another Big Apple firm, according to the publication.<\/p>\n<p>The pair married in February 2016 and purchased a $2.3 million luxurious Upper East Side co-op apartment together, according to the Daily Mail and property records obtained by The Post.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Similarly, Borenzweig is reportedly in a relationship with 35-year-old Adam Littlestone-Luria who works as a judicial law clerk with the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York, the outlet reported.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>When contacted by the Daily Mail about the viral video, Littlestone-Luria said he was \u201cnot comfortable talking about this, but I am aware of it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It is not immediately clear when the viral video was taken nor when the romance between the pair sparked.<\/p>\n<p>However, Cullerton and Borenzweig were both listed as attorneys in the Altman case against Musk on their firm\u2019s website, where they secured a win for the OpenAI founder.<\/p>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Cullerton rose to elite success after securing a JD from Georgetown University in 2013.
