Massachusetts mom Lindsay Clancy\u2019s ex-husband is pleading with her triple-murder trial judge not to show any images of his slain children.<\/p>\n

Jury selection wrapped up Thursday \u2013 where a defense attorney also revealed the mom\u2019s ex-husband, Patrick Clancy, is now remarried, according to multiple reports from the courtroom.<\/p>\n

Patrick \u2013 who discovered the children dead in their Duxbury home in January 2023 \u2013 filed a motion this week seeking to prevent the public from hearing his 911 call recording, as well as seeing any photos of the three kids, during the highly anticipated trial.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe potential harmful and everlasting emotional impact to Mr. Clancy and his family of any public dissemination of such graphic and sensational evidence and exhibits related to his three children is immeasurable,\u201d the motion filed Monday states.<\/p>\n

The defense team filed an additional last-minute motion this week in an attempt to prevent more than a dozen cops and firefighters who responded to the horrific murder scene from testifying in the trial, which is slated to last up to two months and feature testimonies of up to 200 witnesses, including Patrick.<\/p>\n

After hearing the defense\u2019s arguments and prosecution\u2019s rebuttals on both motions this afternoon, Judge William Sullivan said he will rule on them tomorrow morning, according to East Idaho News.<\/p>\n

The 17-person pool was locked in Thursday after more than 400 potential jurors were questioned and excused from the Plymouth County courtroom since Monday \u2013 including several who left in tears from having to contemplate the horrific killings.<\/p>\n

An 18th potential juror, a woman, was not assigned a seat, but she could potentially be the last member selected, the outlet reported.<\/p>\n
