A crude tattoo on a New Jersey babysitter\u2019s inner thigh helped identify her in a sick social media video in which she allegedly sexually abused a toddler while laughing about it, court papers show.<\/p>\n

Victoria Cranmer\u2019s ink of a set of breasts \u2014 which was visible in her social media posts \u2014 was just one of many inkings on her legs that led her friend to turn her in for allegedly abusing the 2-year-old girl in a video found on Cranmer\u2019s Snapchat account, according to criminal court papers and prosecutors.<\/p>\n

The small tattoo appeared so poorly applied that it could almost be mistaken for a less permanent marker drawing.<\/p>\n

Cranmer, 25, was arrested last week for filming the tot touching her as she sat on the toilet while laughing and mocking her about it, court papers alleged.<\/p>\n

Cranmer\u2019s friend, who took her in for three months and bought her a phone, discovered the disturbing 14-second clip on Cranmer\u2019s Snapchat account after the babysitter returned the phone to her, the court papers claim.<\/p>\n

The friend was able to ID Cranmer \u201cbecause of the suspect\u2019s tattoos on her leg, specifically a tattoo of \u2018boobs,\u2019 a lightning bolt, a mushroom, and a hip tattoo,\u201d the filing claims.<\/p>\n

The friend also recognized Cranmer\u2019s voice and her own bathroom where the clip was taped, the court docs alleged.<\/p>\n

Cranmer had been living with the pal for three months and watched the pal\u2019s daughter and another mother\u2019s son.<\/p>\n

The boy\u2019s mom reported Cranmer over concerns that her son \u2014 whose age wasn\u2019t revealed in the court documents but who was young enough that he still wore diapers \u2014 started acting strangely, the court papers say.<\/p>\n

Cranmer is facing charges of second-degree sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child, manufacturing of child sexual abuse material, and possession of child sexual abuse material.<\/p>\n

At a hearing Tuesday, Cranmer sobbed in court when a judge ordered her to be held without bail pending trial.<\/p>\n

Cranmer\u2019s lawyer, Marissa Koerner, argued at the hearing that the video showed an \u201cinnocent moment\u201d with the little girl touching Cranmer because she was too young to know about the norms of modesty and personal boundaries. <\/p>\n

She claimed what Cranmer did was not a crime.<\/p>\n

But Judge Kenneth Palmer said it was \u201cbizarre\u201d and \u201ctroubling\u201d that Cranmer didn\u2019t try to stop the girl from touching her and instead laughed and filmed the incident.<\/p>\n
