Eagle-eyed fans noticed accused killer Nick Reiner in the background of one of Cynthia Bailey\u2019s photos.<\/p>\n

In May, the \u201cReal Housewives of Atlanta\u201d star took to Instagram to celebrate her ex Leon Robinson\u2019s 64th birthday.<\/p>\n

Bailey, 59, shared a throwback image of their daughter, Noelle Robinson, hugging the \u201cFive Heartbeats\u201d actor while they were out dining.<\/p>\n

Several fans took to the comments section to point out the fact that Reiner could be seen at a nearby table in the top right of her snap.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo y\u2019all gonna act like Rob Reiners son isn\u2019t in the background there?! Oh ok,\u201d wrote one user.<\/p>\n

\u201cIs that Nick Reiner in the background?\u201d asked another person.<\/p>\n

\u201cIs that Rob Reiners son in the background \ud83d\ude36,\u201d commented a third netizen.<\/p>\n

On Reddit, fans said it is \u201cterrifying\u201d to see Nick \u2014 who was charged with murdering his parents, Rob and Michele Reiner, last December. <\/p>\n

\u201cI think it is terrifying because he became a murder[er],\u201d one user claimed. \u201cThe thought that a man in the background choose [sic] to kill both his parents in a violent knife attack can seem terrifying.\u201d<\/p>\n

It\u2019s unclear when the image was taken.<\/p>\n

Page Six has reached out to Bailey for comment but did not immediately hear back.<\/p>\n

Last December, Michele and Rob were found\u00a0stabbed to death\u00a0in their Brentwood, California, home. He was 78 and she was 70.<\/p>\n

The film director and his wife\u2019s death certificates stated that they\u00a0died within \u201cminutes\u201d of receiving \u201cmultiple sharp force injuries\u201d\u00a0with a \u201cknife, by another.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nick \u2014 who was\u00a0diagnosed with schizophrenia before the killings \u2014 was\u00a0arrested\u00a0and\u00a0charged with two counts of first-degree murder for the deaths. He is facing a maximum sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole or the death penalty.<\/p>\n

In February, Nick\u00a0pleaded not guilty\u00a0to the double killings.<\/p>\n
