The \u201cCruel Summer\u201d singer, 36, failed to submit a plan on how she\u2019d protect Swifties who may turn up outside the Manhattan arena amid the punishing heat, according to sources familiar with the planning.<\/p>\n

Swift and her NFL star beau Travis Kelce didn\u2019t offer a heat mitigation plan in her permit filed with the city for the two-day event in Midtown, the sources said. Numerous streets will be closed off around the venue for the celebration.<\/p>\n

But despite temperatures set to hit triple digits, the pop star\u2019s team didn\u2019t request assistance from city officials in keeping her fans cool. Her team hadn\u2019t submitted a plan to deal with the heat as of Thursday afternoon, sources said \u2014 though air conditioning units were spotted being loaded into the arena for her guests.<\/p>\n
