The excitement of Wednesday\u2019s 2-0 win for the U.S men\u2019s national team was too much for Landon Donovan to handle.\u00a0<\/p>

The former USMNT star and current Fox soccer pundit was on the edge of his seat during the final 15 minutes of the match between the U.S. and Bosnia-Herzegovina, so much so that it was impacting him in a way nobody saw coming.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cI was so stressed the last 15 minutes that even my fake hair was falling out, so no more of that,\u201d Donovan said jokingly on air on Fox\u2019s postgame show from outside Levi\u2019s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The comment caused former USMNT teammate Clint Dempsey to chuckle.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Down to 10 men on the field for over 30 minutes after Folarin Balogun was given a red card in the second half, Bosnia put on the pressure late in the match as it attempted to keep its World Cup dreams alive on Wednesday night.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The United States was able to weather the storm, and Malik Tillman found the back of the net late in the match to seal the victory.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cThey were a better team than Bosnia. More talented, better in the attacking and they had all the ball all the game,\u201d Donovan also said about the USMNT\u2019s performance. \u201cThen real adversity. The Turkey game was a little adversity. This was real adversity. Rolled up their sleeves. <\/p>\n
