A ghoulish Luigi Mangione fangirl has claimed she would kill her own mom if she became a healthcare executive, after The Post revealed that her mother is a senior manager for CVS Health.<\/p>\n

Lena Weissbrot, 32, made the shocking claims on her Instagram story in the wake of The Post\u2019s unveiling of her as the daughter of 57-year-old Reina Natero, who oversees prescription drug insurance coverage rules at the healthcare giant.<\/p>\n

Weissbrot, who coldly proclaimed that slain UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson\u2019s grieving kids \u201care better off without him\u201d outside a court hearing for Mangione Monday, first denied that her mother was a healthcare executive.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe\u2019s a worker,\u201d she said in the text message, a screengrab of which she posted on her Instagram story on Saturday night.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf my mom was a health insurance executive I would have shot her myself,\u201d she callously added, before going on to expand on her point.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf she were a health insurance executive like Brain [sic] Thompson, and I were the same person I am now and if I knew what I do now (unlikely because coming from and [sic] ultra wealthy family would make me a fundamentally different person), and I were still in the will and thought I could get away with it, I\u2019d inherit the money and redistribute to all the families she destroyed with her murderous company,\u201d Weissbrot wrote.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut that\u2019s so far from my reality it\u2019s just a fantasy. A fantasy that makes me\u2026 wet,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

\u201cDebating: would I actually redact my mom if she was a health insurance CEO,\u201d Weissbrot wrote in the overlay text on her Instagram story.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen it comes to debating me about hypothetical situations that don\u2019t exist: don\u2019t.\u201d<\/p>\n

Weissbrot is one of three self-styled \u201cMangionistas,\u201d a trio of fangirl \u201cjournalists\u201d who rocked up to the New York State Supreme Court with their City Hall-approved press passes to cover Mangione\u2019s pretrial hearing.<\/p>\n

The game developer, rapper, and maker of erotic art wrote and starred in a music video in June in which she mocked the death of father-of-two Thompson.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe CEO\u2019s a parasite and now they getting shot up,\u201d she rapped while wearing a bikini in the disturbing \u201cToolie Toolie\u201d video, which was posted on Vimeo.<\/p>\n

Weissbrot did not respond immediately to requests for comment.<\/p>\n

Weissbrot was one of several crazed fans of the accused killer Mangione who got press passes from City Hall to cover his court hearings.<\/p>\n
