A popular YouTube activist released video of his trespassing arrest at the Suffolk County PBA headquarters \u2014 raising more questions as the union leader said he\u2019s now receiving death threats over the social media ambush.<\/p>\n

Sean Reyes, aka The Long Island Auditor, was arrested last Thursday for trespassing at the Police Benevolent Association building in Brentwood, where he arrived in a billboard truck plastered with The Post\u2019s reporting on cops who admitted to misconduct but allowed to stay on the force until their pensions kicked in.<\/p>\n

But PBA President Lou Civello said he\u2019s now getting death threats because of the YouTuber\u2019s personal \u201ccampaign of harassment\u201d and threats that he\u2019ll come to his home. <\/p>\n

Reyes is known for a series of videos where the shows up at public buildings, essentially testing if officials will call authorities and ask him to leave.<\/p>\n

\u201cI drove my billboard truck to the police union headquarters to peacefully exercise my First Amendment rights and to speak to union president Lou Civello about the reports of misconduct settlements that are extremely concerning,\u201d Reyes said in his video, uploaded at 10 a.m. on Sunday.<\/p>\n

The billboard truck also featured a photo of Civello with phrasing that read he \u201cdefends officers who admitted to misconduct,\u201d and that he is president of the \u201cPolice Malevolent Association.\u201d<\/p>\n

In the video, Reyes can be seen walking to the lobby of the union\u2019s headquarters with his camera and a microphone, but he doesn\u2019t get past the doors as security blocked him from coming in.<\/p>\n

A few minutes later, Civello and two other officers in plain clothes walk out and greet a woman also waiting at the door before turning to Reyes and informing him he is on private property, the clip shows<\/p>\n

\u201cLou Civello, how are you? Sure, no problem,\u201d Reyes is heard saying in the video after Civello asked him to leave the property.<\/p>\n

The video shows Reyes walk backwards out of the building as Civello walks toward him, repeatedly telling him to leave or face arrest.<\/p>\n

As the YouTuber \u2014 who has over 1.03 million subscribers \u2014 makes his way back toward his truck backwards, he tells officers repeatedly that he is leaving while also asking Civello to come on his show, the video shows.<\/p>\n

Civello then announces that he is going to place him under arrest.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019re such a tough guy then do it then,\u201d Reyes snaps to Civello, who then arrests him as fellow officer CJ Hunter grabs the camera and turns it off, the video shows.<\/p>\n

Civello had said last week that Reyes threatened officers and even said he would come to the labor leader\u2019s home, sparking the arrest. The video does not show that, and appeared to contradict the PBA\u2019s claim that Reyes made threats prior to being arrested, but the footage also doesn\u2019t include any interactions after the YouTuber was cuffed.<\/p>\n

The PBA boss, however, said the video doesn\u2019t tell the whole story of what he has endured at the hands of the YouTuber.<\/p>\n

\u201cMr. Reyes was lawfully arrested after illegally entering and remaining on private property despite being given numerous lawful orders to leave,\u201d Civello said in a statement.<\/p>\n

\u201cSince then he has engaged in a campaign of harassment against me, making videos referencing my children and repeatedly threatening to come to my home,\u201d he added. \u201cAll while asking his followers for money.<\/p>\n

\u201cSince Mr. Reyes began his online campaign I have received numerous death threats which are under investigation by the SCPD,\u201d Civello stated. <\/p>\n

\u201cI will not be intimidated by this Mr. Reyes or his followers and this entire event underscores why we need state legislation to protect our police and first responders.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Reyes, who described his arrest as \u201ctyranny,\u201d was charged with trespassing in the third degree and issued a desk appearance ticket.<\/p>\n

Reyes said he will stage a protest against his arrest on the sidewalk in front of the PBA headquarters in Brentwood on July 1.<\/p>\n
