Bettina Anderson and Donald Trump Jr. tied the knot in a ceremony on a private island in the Bahamas on Saturday.<\/p>\n

The couple said \u201cI do\u201d in front of an intimate group of approximately 40 people that included his five children, as well as his famous siblings, Ivanka, Eric and Tiffany Trump, and their spouses. <\/p>\n

Anderson\u2019s family and a few very close friends of the bride were also present. <\/p>\n

\u201cDon and Bettina are wonderful together. I\u2019m so proud to have witnessed so much of their journey as a couple. They truly light up around each other and it\u2019s been amazing watching their story unfold. Couldn\u2019t be happier for them on their special day,\u201d Eric Trump told Page Six.<\/p>\n

The pair were initially eyeing a White House wedding,\u00a0but decided to tone things down due to the war in Iran.\u00a0However, they plan on doing a larger celebration with friends and extended family later this year, possibly at the White House.<\/p>\n

President Donald Trump said on Friday that he would not be attending the wedding.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhile I very much wanted to be with my son, Don Jr., and the newest member of the Trump Family, his soon to be wife, Bettina, circumstances pertaining to Government, and my love for the United States of America, do not allow me to do so,\u201d the Commander in Chief\u00a0wrote via\u00a0Truth Social Friday, one day after the pair\u00a0legally tied the knot in Palm Beach, Florida. <\/p>\n

\u201cI feel it is important for me to remain in Washington, D.C., at the White House during this important period of time.\u201d<\/p>\n

Page Six exclusively revealed in December that Trump Jr., 48, and Anderson, 39 \u2014 whose mother is Palm Beach philanthropist Inger Angerson and father is late banker Harry Loy Anderson Jr. \u2014\u00a0were engaged. And after we published the story, video emerged of the president announcing the betrothal at the White House later that evening.<\/p>\n

We also exclusively reported the businessman\u00a0popped the question\u00a0at Camp David on\u00a0Dec.13\u00a0when the pair were celebrating Anderson\u2019s birthday.<\/p>\n

She held her\u00a0\u201cenchanted garden\u201d-themed bridal shower\u00a0at Mar-a-Lago in April attended by Ivanka, Lara Trump, Tiffany and Marla Maples.\u00a0Kai Trump, 19, who is Trump Jr.\u2019s daughter with his ex-wife, Vanessa Trump, also stopped by, according to a spy.<\/p>\n

The luncheon was hosted by Palm Beach socialites Yaz Hernandez, Amy Phelan and Audrey Gruss with guests including Daphne Oz, Dina Powell McCormick, Dee Ocleppo Hilfiger, Andrea Wynn and Bret Baier\u2019s wife, Amy Baier.<\/p>\n

Anderson and Don Jr. started dating in December 2024, as his engagement\u00a0to his former fianc\u00e9e Kimberly Guilfoyle, 55, ended. <\/p>\n

On the same day that Page Six exclusively reported that Don Jr. and the former Fox journalist had split, then-President-elect Donald Trump named Guilfoyle as US ambassador to Greece. Don Jr. told Page Six at the time, \u201cKimberly and I will never stop caring for each other and will always keep a special bond.\u201d<\/p>\n

Don Jr. was previously married to Vanessa Trump from 2005 to 2018. They share five children.<\/p>\n

Anderson was previously engaged to chewing gum heir Beau Wrigley. She has never been married.<\/p>\n
