The 51-year-old rock fan who fell to his death during a weekend Goose concert at Madison Square Garden was a beloved married dad of two from Connecticut, his weeping mom told The Post on Sunday.<\/p>\n

Paul Kueker fatally plunged 150 feet from the Chase Bridge in the World\u2019s Most Famous Arena while the event was in full swing shortly before 10 p.m. Saturday \u2014 the day before Father\u2019s Day.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe was the greatest kid in the whole wide world,\u201d Kueker\u2019s mother, Patricia Finelli, said through tears. \u201cHe\u2019d give you the shirt off his back.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe has two children, a beautiful wife, and he took care of me like I was a piece of gold.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kueker was with his wife at the time, according to Fox News.<\/p>\n

The Niantic man was rushed to Bellevue Hospital after the fall, where he was later pronounced dead, police said.<\/p>\n

He was on the Chase Bridge, an elevated seating section that was added to the arena in 2013, when he fell, Fox said.<\/p>\n

Goose, a Connecticut-based jam band, was booked for a two-night gig at MSG as part of their summer tour and on their second night there when the tragedy struck.<\/p>\n

They completed their full 16-song set around midnight Saturday, after the fall.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are deeply saddened and heartbroken to learn of the tragic event that occurred at tonight\u2019s show,\u201d the band later said in a statement.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe extend our deepest sympathies to everyone affected. Thank you to the emergency personnel and venue staff who stepped in with care and support.\u201d<\/p>\n
