Freddy, the\u00a0German soccer fan who has gone viral\u00a0live-tweeting his fairy-tale experience in the United States, has another major visit on his docket.<\/p>\n

Ambassador Nick Adams, who is the Special Presidential Envoy for American, Tourism, Exceptionalism and Values in the Trump administration, confirmed to Fox News Digital that Freddy has been invited to the\u00a0White House.<\/p>\n

Adams said he caught wind of Freddy early on during his trip to America and immediately became a \u201cmassive fan.\u201d<\/p>\n

Adams called Freddy\u2019s journey to the United States a \u201cfabulous thing for our country.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cFreddy is one of hundreds of thousands of visitors coming to the USA and experiencing the incredible hospitality and generosity of the American people,\u201d Adams told Fox News Digital in a recent interview over the phone.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere is no place like America. We are the largest, loudest and most exciting destination on earth. And the things like unlimited chips and salsa, Buc-ee\u2019s, Bass Pro Shops, Route 44s at Sonic delivered by young men and women on roller skates delivered right to your car door.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese are all experiences and opportunities that you can\u2019t get anywhere else. We are one country, but really the 50 states are like 50 different countries.\u201d<\/p>\n

Adams said he knew he had to reach out when Freddy declared his love for\u00a0country music\u00a0star Ella Langley.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think it was the Ella Langley declaration that he was a big Ella Langley fan. So am I. And I thought this is exactly the kind of kind of guy that is taken to America. What a great ambassador for our country. What a great person to have representing what America is really like,\u201d Adams said.<\/p>\n

Freddy was invited to Langley\u2019s concert on Thursday night and got to meet her.\u00a0Visiting with Langley was one\u00a0of many surreal experiences the German soccer fan has gotten to experience during his trip to America.<\/p>\n

The German soccer fan and his two friends have been given tours of the New Orleans Saints\u2019 and New Orleans Pelicans\u2019 facilities, been put up in a hotel by Houston Texans great\u00a0JJ Watt, took a tour of LSU and Tiger Stadium, hung out with the Houston Police Department, met the mayor of Houston, and took a tour of the International Space Station with NASA.<\/p>\n

Adams, who has family that is German and speaks the language fluently, said that he was able to connect with Freddy and invite him for a tour of the State Department, the White House, and an opportunity to see the \u201cmost beautiful capitol of the world\u201d in Washington, D.C.<\/p>\n

Adams said it was important to recognize Freddy as someone who isn\u2019t from America but loves the country nonetheless.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think it\u2019s really important that we recognize people that truly love and appreciate our country that are not Americans. People that genuinely come here and feel a great affection for the American people and the American way of life, and all of the things that make us so unique and so exceptional,\u201d Adams said.<\/p>\n

\u201cAmericans are the most hospitable people and, as the ambassador for tourism, the tourism minister of the United States, the onus is on me to exemplify that very hospitality by extending an invitation for Freddy to come and have an unforgettable once-in-a-lifetime experience to see up close and personal the inside of the White House.\u201d<\/p>\n

Adams said he has not spoken with President\u00a0Trump\u00a0about Freddy yet but knows the German fan will be \u201cvery welcome.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI haven\u2019t had an opportunity to speak to the president yet about it, but the president is usually aware of a lot of what\u2019s going on. That much I can assure you. I think that Freddy is going to be very welcome.<\/p>\n

Freddy is one of many fans who are having an incredible first experience in America through their World Cup trip. Adams is thrilled that the world is now getting an unfiltered view of what foreigners think of America.<\/p>\n

\u201cNo one puts on a spectacle like America, and no one is as friendly and as welcoming and as hospitable as the American people.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m just so happy that the defamation of America and the American people by a lot of the international news media and by people with a vested interest to attack America that are envious of us, that now through social media, which is a direct unfiltered view into what people really think,\u201d Adams said.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re getting the true story and the true sentiments of everyday people from around the world about America and about the American people.\u201d<\/p>\n

Adams called America\u2019s hospitality the \u201cindustry gold standard,\u201d and said the\u00a0World Cup\u00a0has helped dispel so many notions about the country.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat American hospitality is the industry gold standard. That rather than hearing through fake news narratives about how awful America is and how unsafe it is and how expensive it is, and how inhospitable and unwelcoming Americans are to people from other countries.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe always knew that was absolute nonsense. And now we have very solid proof and evidence by these Japanese tourists, by these German tourists, by people from every country that have come over here to experience the World Cup,\u201d Adams said.<\/p>\n
