A Bronx woman claims an NYPD officer sexually assaulted her and pleasured himself in the back seat of her car \u2014 and police are now investigating the alleged incident, The Post has learned.<\/p>\n

The nightmare began shortly after\u00a0Pamelys Aquino was pulled over for an illegal turn around 12:45 a.m. on May 23, and then taken to the 44 Precinct station house near Yankee Stadium because cops said her license was suspended, which she denied, she said in a YouTube video.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Her passengers, including a female relative and a man with an arrest warrant, were also taken to the station house, she claims.<\/p>\n

The two were released after about three hours, but Officer Kristopher Recalde, who was with the NYPD\u2019s Community Response Team, kept Aquino behind, she alleged.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe told me he kept me in the precinct longer because he wanted to be with me,\u201d Aquino wrote in an Instagram post.<\/p>\n

The 27-year-old police officer also refused to return her keys and told her something was wrong with her car, she claims in the video.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s like, \u2018Oh let me walk you to the car so I can tell you what\u2019s wrong with your car,\u2019\u201d she said. <\/p>\n

Then, the officer allegedly grabbed\u00a0her and demanded, \u201cGive me a kiss if you want to get in the car.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cI gave him a kiss, I got in the car,\u201d she said on the video filmed by CopWatch, a group that regularly films police officers and looks for misconduct.<\/p>\n

She said she was afraid to go back inside the station and report what had happened so she tried to leave.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat you want me to do run into the precinct and tell them he\u2019s doing this?\u201d she asked.\u00a0\u201cWith what f\u2013king proof?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m thinking I don\u2019t know what\u2019s going on,\u201d she continued. \u201cYou just asked me for a kiss while you were holding your side. You\u2019re a cop. I\u2019m f\u2013king scared.\u201d<\/p>\n

Once she got into the driver\u2019s seat, the cop allegedly slid in the backseat and told her to drive, she claimed.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s talking, he\u2019s talking. He\u2019s telling me, \u2018Go,’\u201d she claimed.<\/p>\n

She drove a little more than a block, but was trying to stay close to the station house, she said.<\/p>\n

\u201cDamn,\u201d she tells the interviewer at one point. \u201cJust give me a second, I\u2019m sorry. I don\u2019t want to cry. I\u2019ve cried so much.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

She then began weeping.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo as I\u2019m driving and he\u2019s doing that he puts his hand on my t\u2014ie,\u201d she sobs. \u201cHe puts his hand on my t\u2014ie. He\u2019s masturbating. I\u2019m telling him, \u2018OK. Can you go now please?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI was mad,\u201d she said, crying again. \u201cI felt dirty. I felt disgusting. I didn\u2019t want to do what he made me do, you know. I was scared. This is what I needed everybody to know. I was scared. I was so f\u2013king mad.\u201d<\/p>\n

At that point, she lied and told the cop she had to put her purse in the trunk. He said, \u201cOk,\u201d and got out of the vehicle, according to her account of the incident.<\/p>\n

Aquino said she was thinking she would \u201cwalk a little bit and then run,\u201d she said. But she didn\u2019t.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t know what he could do to me,\u201d she said. \u201cHe\u2019s a cop.\u201d<\/p>\n

Recalde allegedly demanded she get back in the car and she complied.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen I got in the car, he opened the other side door,\u201d she said. \u201cHe took his badge, his stuff off. He threw it in the seat. There was like two vests he had on.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

He then unzipped his pants and returned to the backseat, she recalled.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s telling me \u2018calm,\u2019\u201d Aquino said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s playing with his d\u2013k,\u201d she said. \u201cHe\u2019s grabbing me\u2026 He\u2019s pulling me. He\u2019s doing all this stuff with his hands, touching other places. \u2026 I\u2019m still driving.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThen he starts yelling, \u2018Put that p\u2014y in my face,\u201d she claimed.\u201dPut that a\u2013 in my face. When I looked, he came.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

She said that when it was over, she called 911 and was transferred to IAB. It\u2019s unclear in the video when the officer exited the car.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey swabbed my car,\u201d she said. She claims she also talked to the Bronx District Attorney\u2019s Office. <\/p>\n

Aquino posted what she said was a photo of Recalde\u2019s bulletproof vest in her car on Instagram.<\/p>\n

Aquino referred The Post to her lawyer, Nicholas Dayan, who acknowledged that he filed a notice of claim with the Comptroller\u2019s Office, which is a precursor to a lawsuit.<\/p>\n

Aquino also secretly recorded almost two minutes of video near the end of the attack, she claimed in the video.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The officer\u2019s duty status has been modified while the department investigates the allegations, an NYPD spokesperson said.<\/p>\n

Recalde, who joined the Force in 2021, made $82,960 in 2025, according to city payroll records. He was transferred to a public housing development to watch surveillance cameras last month, a common posting for cops who are in hot water, public records show.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Attempts to reach the police officer were unsuccessful. The Bronx District Attorney\u2019s Office didn\u2019t return a call seeking comment.<\/p>\n
