Imprisoned rap mogul Sean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs has been accused of sexually assaulting a mystery child actor in an explosive lawsuit filed in California that accuses him of acting \u201cbeyond the bound of decency.\u201d<\/p>\n

Combs, 56, is serving a 50-month prison sentence for prostitution-related offenses after a bombshell eight-week trial in New York City that laid bare for the world his infamous \u201cfreak-offs\u201d \u2014 twisted, multi-day parties rife with drugs, degrading sex acts and children\u2019s swimming pools full of baby oil.<\/p>\n

In the new lawsuit, a child actor going by the pseudonym John Doe accuses the disgraced Bad Boy Entertainment founder of sexually assaulting him during a networking event in the Hollywood Hills in May 2007, according to ABC News.<\/p>\n

\u201cDefendant Combs\u2019 conduct \u2026 was outrageous, intended to terrorize and cause him emotional distress, and did in fact cause him emotional distress,\u201d the lawsuit viewed by the outlet reads in part. <\/p>\n

\u201cThis assault was so extreme as to go beyond the bound of decency and be regarded intolerable by civilized society.\u201d<\/p>\n

The former child actor claims in the suit that Combs led him into a back room during the event \u201cto speak with him privately about some potential opportunities,\u201d such as a project he was producing at the time.<\/p>\n

The actor said as he started to \u201cfeel the effects of the beverage\u201d Combs had offered him, when the \u201cI\u2019ll Be Missing You\u201d rapper allegedly started touching him in a way he stated was making him uncomfortable.<\/p>\n

\u201cThen, Defendant Combs pulled down Plaintiff\u2019s pants and underwear and began to fondle Plaintiff\u2019s genitalia all while Combs was simultaneously touching himself. Defendant Combs then performed oral copulation on the minor Plaintiff while continuing to touch himself,\u201d the lawsuit alleged.<\/p>\n

The suit did not give the actor\u2019s exact age, only that he was under 18 at the time of the alleged encounter.<\/p>\n

Juda Engelmayer, a representative of Combs\u2019, called the new allegations \u201cfalse and ridiculous.\u201d <\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s just another hater in a long list of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers,\u201d Engelmayer said in a statement.<\/p>\n

\u201cMr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone \u2014 and that includes any child! These allegations will be disproved like all the rest.\u201d<\/p>\n

Combs has faced dozens of lawsuits since he was arrested in New York in 2024, including claims of sexual assault, rape and other violent acts from alleged victims including men, women, adults and minors.<\/p>\n

He was convicted last July of two Mann Act Transportation counts \u2014 a federal law making it a crime to transport someone across state lines for prostitution, which each carry a maximum prison term of 10 years.<\/p>\n

The rapper was stunningly acquitted on racketeering and sex trafficking charges, the most serious allegations against him.<\/p>\n
