\u201cHell on wheels\u201d killer Mackenzie Shirilla confessed to killing her boyfriend and a pal by deliberately crashing her car into a building \u2014 and kept a twisted scrapbook about the fatal wreck, a former inmate has claimed.<\/p>\n

Shirilla, 21, has always publicly insisted that the 2022 car crash that killed her beau, Dominic Russo, 20, and friend Davion Flanagan, 18, in Cleveland, Ohio, was an accident.<\/p>\n

But the convicted murderer seemed \u201camused\u201d by the story when she told fellow inmates, according to Anastasia, 30, who was holed up with Shrilla in the Ohio Reformatory for Women.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe said she was suicidal, but she almost looked as though she was enjoying [telling the story] \u2014 like she was amused by it, the former inmate, who did not want to give her last name,\u00a0told the Daily Mail.<\/p>\n

Shrilla allegedly said, \u201cDom had to die,\u201d when she described deliberately crashing her Toyota Camry into a brick wall at 100 mph, according to Anastasia.<\/p>\n

The former inmate said the killer, dubbed \u201cHell on Wheels\u201d by a judge at her sentencing, regularly abused K2 \u2014 a synthetic drug made of chemically-sprayed smoking paper \u2014 behind bars, and often went on unhinged rants about her crimes.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe said the devil made her do it. She said the devil was pressing on her foot,\u201d said Anastasia.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe wanted to make it sound like she was a little devil girl, and that this is what she intended to do. Like there was a reason that Dom had to die,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

Shrilla also allegedly kept a picture of a brick wall with the word \u201cBOOM\u201d written on it in a scrapbook, in an apparent twisted joke about her deadly crash, according to Anastasia.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe didn\u2019t have pictures of Dom or Davion [in her scrapbook]. I felt like that was cold,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

Anastasia also pushed back at Shrilla\u2019s claims that she \u201cpassed out\u201d behind the wheel due to suffering from a rare blood pressure condition.<\/p>\n

Shrilla told the Netflix documentary \u201cThe Crash\u201d that she suffers from Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), and was unconscious when she crashed her car.<\/p>\n

\u201cI never saw her pass out,\u201d said Anastasia.<\/p>\n

It is the latest allegation of Shirilla\u2019s wild behavior behind bars, including flashing her breasts at visitors and keeping nude pics in her cell, according to her disciplinary record.<\/p>\n

Shirilla\u2019s friend told The Post this week that she believes the killer\u2019s parents didn\u2019t care about her but spoiled her instead.<\/p>\n

\u201cFrom what I see, they didn\u2019t really care about her. They cared more to have her approval,\u201d said Jaina Maynard, who went to middle school with Shirilla.<\/p>\n

It comes as Shirilla\u2019s attorneys continue to fight the Ohio Supreme Court after they rejected her appeal because it was filed after the deadline.<\/p>\n

Her campaign for a new trial was also denied in March, meaning she now faces no possibility of parole until 2037.<\/p>\n
