A 28-year-old Long Island man died in his father\u2019s arms as his shocked mom looked on following a hookup gone horribly wrong early Monday morning, officials said.<\/p>\n

Kristen Sculley, 22, who is now facing second-degree murder charges in the fatal Massapequa stabbing, allegedly snuck into the victim\u2019s basement apartment in the middle of the night for a pre-arranged liaison before stabbing the victim to death in his own bed, police said.<\/p>\n

In a chilling moment, Sculley flashed a sinister smirk as she was led to court by cops on Tuesday.
\u201cWe believe that this female individual made an arrangement,\u201d Nassau County Police Detective Lt. George Darienzo told reporters. \u201cShe an acquaintance of our victim, who made an arrangement to get together that evening.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe location of the stabbing is initially believed to be in the bedroom at that location,\u201d Darienzo said. \u201cThe individual died in his father\u2019s arms. No family should ever have to bear witness to the sudden killing of their son.\u201d<\/p>\n

Cops said Sculley allegedly \u201cbecame angry\u201d and stabbed the victim with a pocket knife.<\/p>\n

The two had \u201ca friendship\u201d and knew each other \u201cfor several years,\u201d the detective said.<\/p>\n

Police were called to the Beaumont Avenue home around 1:30 a.m. Monday and walked into the grisly scene. They said the mortally wounded victim managed to get to his parents.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe climbed the stairs to seek the assistance of his mother, screaming,\u201d Darienzo said. \u201cHis mother and father came to his aid. They attempted to control that bleeding in the kitchen. At that point their son became unresponsive.\u201d<\/p>\n

He said there was evidence that the two had been doing drugs, but none where found.<\/p>\n
