Kim Zolciak’s 15-year-old son KJ Biermann arrested for sodomy and sexual battery

“Real Housewives of Atlanta” alums Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s 15-year-old son, KJ, has been arrested for aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery in Alpharetta, Georgia, Page Six can confirm.

A female classmate has accused the teen of assaulting her in a gym changing area on April 23.

The alleged victim claimed to officials that, while in a co-ed sauna, KJ allegedly forced himself on her despite her saying no, with the “Don’t Be Tardy” alum allegedly attempting “multiple times to have sexual intercourse with her by trying to pull down her pants.”

Additionally, she accused KJ of forcing oral sex and digitally penetrating her vagina.

She alleged that when she “finally managed to get away from him … he pulled up his pants and left.”

She did not tell anyone about the alleged assault before going to school the next day, where she “ran into KJ’s girlfriend.”

The alleged victim subsequently left the premises for a Starbucks and contacted her family, ultimately getting examined at the North Fulton Hospital in Georgia.

The April 24 examination, per the police report, showed no evidence of male DNA.

Police launched an investigation, making their first attempt to contact KJ’s father on May 14 — and speaking to Biermann four days later.

The retired NFL player told cops he would speak with his son.

KJ was taken into custody on Monday and is being held without bond at the Juvenile Court of Fulton County.

He has a hearing scheduled for Sept. 1, at which point he will be returned to Juvenile Court Detention.

TMZ was the first to report the news Friday.

Zolciak’s rep and KJ’s lawyer did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
